Is it possible to distinguish between the ones with breast implants and the real breasts?
Real ones are 'bouncing'; the fake ones are 'waving'.... Aren’t they?
While you press the ones with implants these resist. Look for tiny scars.
Is that as simple?
Nope. If done properly even the surgeon who performed the surgery has difficulties locating the initial incision.
Girls, winners of beauty conquests undertake breast enlargement quite often. One would think they had already won a competition, why to try to look even better?
Many of them decided on breast enlargement long ago. They consider modelling as a part time business only.
Once they had achieved success they had more incentive and money to realise this dream.
Models don't try to hide the fact they undergone breast enlargement. In many cases they receive discounts on surgery as it brings more customers to a particular surgeon.
Though naturally beautiful, breasts with good shape and right size are great for promotion of lingerie.
On top of her higher self-esteem, a woman with the right size of breasts has more possibilities for work.
Implants are inserted through an incision under (or; partially under or over) the breast muscle. It is sufficient for a few centimetres long cut which can be performed at a few different locations; under the breast, areola (nipple) and armpit being the most popular.
After the surgery a woman feels pain in chest and she might have the feeling she has difficulties breathing.
Implants are getting more and more popular among ordinary working class women.
There are cases when surgeons refuse to proceed with it. Some women have unreasonable requests. Sizes which do not complement their body proportions is one of them.
Is it possible to recognize real from artificial?
If done properly it is almost impossible to see visually or distinguish by touch. This requires the implant to be of the right size and proportions and to be inserted under the breast muscle.
Some women cannot have an enlargement done to a certain size without being unnoticed. It is limited by the size and structure of their body.
What are the risks?
Even though the materials nowadays are much better there is always a chance they could get damaged.
Regular checkups are required every year and at least every five years an ultrasound.
There is a high possibility you will end up on a surgery table one day to remove the implant.
Women who saved money for this procedure have to keep in mind they might have to come up with money again while on their pension.
There are always risks associated with each surgery. An example: A 31 year old mother of two died during procedure. The reason wasn't the breast implant itself. It was narcosis.
How does your partner react?
The initial response? -We men simply don't want to hear it. As such they don't agree with it.
However, what usually happens is, after a thorough explanation your partner will more or less agree.
Said the other way around men have to slowly 'absorb' that wish, digest it, process it and accept it.
(Women somehow always manage to get what they want. Smile)
Later, after the healing process they like what they see. Men like to show off their woman.
Of course, there are always exceptions to the rules.
What men prefer in breasts?
It is actually not completely about size. The firmness of the breasts as this is a symbol of youth. Women unconsciously know this while making a decision to undergo a breast implants procedure. This is a sure way to get the attention of men and that 'first glance' which is the important one!
