Does Cialis or Viagra increase penis size?

Yes and no. Depends how one interprets your question.

Cialis will aid to have full erection. In case of a person with erection problems penis will look 'fuller' for a day or two (we may say it will increase its size because he would not be able to achieve full erection otherwise). Cialis does not make penis to 'grow'.

There are no pills or supplements which would make penis grow. If you want to increase the size of penis there is lots of work required.
