Frequent Sex

How can frequent sex be great for our wellbeing? We can consider having sex similar to practicing sport. Of course, we have to have it on a regular bases. Our muscles will not grow and we will not lose weight due to sex.

But what is interesting is the ability of our brains to improve our memory.

Thanks to almost daily sexual activities our brains receive more nutrition. We are able to learn and remember better. Old believes that we can't see from love are proved to be not only old but also invalid.

During sex there is an increased growth of nerve connections in our brain cells. It assist to protect us from many diseases at the same time.


Scientists in Italy put to test various groups of people. Ones who just felt in love, a group with an ongoing relationship for some time, and singles.

The results were startling, showing without fail the group with couples who recently  felt in love had an increased growth of neural connections and brain cells. This did not imply to other groups.


In those cases where couples lived together for a longer period of time these effects were much smaller.

It is clear for our brains is most valuable our first weeks in love.


So what are the results? The level of physical and psychological health is much higher for people who are in love and have regular sex compared to singles or the ones who live together for a longer period of time.


It not only helps to decrease our stress levels. It increases the capacity of our brain at the same time.

There are people who realized this fact from their studies. One of them is Madonna who always claimed sex was healthy and she can prove it having very high IQ 140.


Should we have more sex to have more brain cells? That would be our next question.
