Large Boobs and Weight Loss

How not to lose fat from breasts? We want large boobs and that would be the last place we want to lose fat!


Without surgery we can make our legs look gorgeous with bit of exercise.  This is more tricky with breasts. Unless we want to get surgical assistance in a form of silicon.

Is it possible to train breasts to their dream size and shape? We can train them, of course, but do we want to look like a culturist? I bet most of us prefer to stay on the feminine side.


Unfortunately our breasts are made of fat. If we exercise or lose weight we end up with smaller breasts losing fat from our precious boobs.

We still recommend exercising muscles behind them but do not expect any miracles. It helps  supporting them and that is quite an important issue.


So what should we do?


Alternating hot and cold water helps to increase the elasticity of the skin. Getting rid of old skin on regular bases keeps them young looking. But do this within reason.

After wash and cleansing use

to help regeneration of the new skin and increasing elasticity of your beautiful assets.

Remember bigger the breasts more weight is pulling them and more care is required. It does not mean you should not care about the smaller ones!

When it comes to sunshine take reasonable precautions. If you decide to have a tan do so early mornings or late afternoons.

Smoking is a big no. Smoking causes premature aging and it does not leave your breasts out of calculation.

Keep your correct posture. It helps in many aspects. From breathing to a younger looking person.

And that is your goal. To look gorgeous and irresistible at all times.
