Part of the healthy lifestyle is to receive natural healing on regular bases. It frequently happens we do everything else but look after our own body.
Prevention is the best remedy.
First, a revelation about myself. How ignorant I used to be.
Many years ago I took up various courses for a very different reason. I was training karate and I simply wanted to be knowledgeable of various acupuncture points... Shiatsu was a great starting point. Need to go into more explanation?
Sometimes we plan one thing and else happen. My thinking and my understanding of people was changing.
As I was ignorant as well (I did not believed what others told me) I had to test everything on my own.
After several absolutely persuading results I had to admit there was more behind these things than we are able to explain by current science.
The least I believed was Reiki would heal.
And even less in a power of Chi Kung (Qi Gong).
Then we have Yoga.
It is impossible to go into detail with all. However, they are absolutely important from health point of view.
If you decide, for example to practice Chi Kung (Qi Gong), it is sure you will never need to use antibiotics in your lifetime. I guess I need to write a brief page on it.
Massage , Reiki, Chi Kung, Yoga, each could be a subject for separate website.
It is so much about it.
The purpose of this article is to provide direction, advice (information).
I can highly recommend any of the above for better health.
