Orgasm and Health
Orgasm and health are closely related according to American and Swiss studies due to increased immune system defence.
Why is that?
After an orgasm, while closely monitoring our immune system it was found out the number of our killer T- cells almost doubled. Thus indulging in sex proves to be a healthy exercise.
It doesn't mean we should have sex in excess, though.
About three times a week is ideal. Due to physical contact with the other person our body has to deal with additional foreign bacteria. This in turn produces more antibodies in our defence mechanism.
Orgasm on regular bases is relaxing. It not only prevents depression but helps women to keep their
body better looking dues to higher levels of oestrogen. Its importance to keep healthy hair and a beautiful looking skin are well documented.
Increased levels of oxytocin decrease various pains, while you may lose about 150-250 calories by having sex.
And it feels much better than a strenuous exercise to most, wouldn't you agree?
There is a frequently asked question if it helps to combat prostate cancer. It is found regular ejaculation may reduce prostate cancer for elderly men by as much as one third! That is an impressive number.
Sex is not only pleasurable but at the same time it is an important part of our relationship. Once other communication lines fail it will make a couple to reconcile soon after their sexual needs had been fulfilled.
And of course, we all sleep much better after a good orgasm.
For better quality life, more pleasure, being healthier (shinier hair, better skin, reduce prostate cancer) we recommend to have sex about 3-4 times a week.
