Penis Vacuum Pump
To increase size with penis vacuum pump requires very long time (years) of dedicated work-out. Though it results in enlargement the erected penis is 'spongy' (not rock hard) compared to natural enlargement.
Advantages:
If done carefully (not with too much vacuum) it will positively stimulate penis. As each person is different it might be used to help to increase e.g. girth. When combined with natural penis enlargement it is easier to regulate which part of penis you want thicker.
Disadvantages:
