Sex scrambles are delicious breakfast for supreme sexual and general health.
Forgive me for naming scrambled eggs so ‘sexy’...
Ingredients (Quantities – not important - feel free to take or give):
Optional: black pepper, red powdered paprika
Heat up tiny amount of olive oil (1 table spoon) in a non-stick pan.
Add quarter of smaller onion and tomato cut to smaller pieces.
Add eggs and stir them a little. Add few small strips of cheese. This will melt once the eggs are ready.
Do not overcook! As soon eggs start to turn cooked – but very soft – turn the gas off.
If it is electric stove – put the pot aside. Because the eggs keep cooking for a while even you turn the heat off!
You don’t want to overcook. So you need to remove heat a little in advance. It needs practice. :-)
Serve the scrambled eggs on a plate. You may use little pepper and (or) red paprika on top.
Bit of parsley leaves are not only a healthy addition. They serve for colorful looks.
A strip of red paprika, or red radish can add more colour.
Other option is to add cheese once it is all on plate – grate some cheese on top of still hot scrambled eggs.
Can be lettuce, pickled olives, pickles, cucumbers, paprika, tomato – prepare to your taste.
Nice wholemeal bread with it – and you are ready.
It takes only few minutes to prepare.
