Sexual Intercourse Frequency

How often should we have sexual intercourse? Does sexual abstinence have any positive effects on our health?

Scientific studies show the only positive aspect of sex withdrawal is from religious point of view - it simply makes the person feel 'morally right'. And that is all what is positive about it.

Less sex equals less health.

Regular sex has a number of positive effects on our wellbeing. There are many studies to confirm this. Scientists from Queens University in Belfast in their studies found that regular sexual activity was especially important to middle aged men.

Having more sex and orgasm not only improved their health condition - they also lived longer. Regular ejaculation also aids to prevent prostate cancer.

Sex is a great indicator to possible health problems. Erection dysfunction may simply be the first warning for conditions such as high blood pressure or diabetes.

When it comes to women the results are similar. Regular sex is highly beneficial and helps to keep their body and mind younger.

We can safely say a good and regular sex is an important part of our lives. It makes us feel better and happier. It provides psychological satisfaction and healthy hormonal balance.

Once our hormones are in a 'happy state' we experience feeling happy along side with them...

There are many stories and poems about love.

Without questions - love heals our souls. Regular sex is a part of any loving relationship. It is up to us to keep ourselves happy. This will only happen if we treat our partners with respect and love.

When was the last time you did something 'great' for your loved one? Perhaps now it is a time to show some act of love and affection.
